Role Overview
This opportunity is for future retail openings across Swatch stores. The company is creating a talent pool of enthusiastic retail professionals who may be considered for upcoming roles at different levels, from customer-facing positions to store leadership.
Potential roles include Sales Associate, Sales Lead / Key Holder, and Assistant Store Manager.
Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a personalized and memorable shopping experience aligned with the Swatch brand.
- Explain products clearly and confidently while bringing energy and authenticity to every interaction.
- Assist with merchandising, visual presentation standards, and day-to-day store activities.
- Help maintain an upbeat, welcoming, and inclusive store atmosphere.
Sales Lead / Key Holder Responsibilities
- Take charge on the sales floor to support revenue growth and improve the customer journey.
- Assist with store opening and closing routines, along with other operational tasks.
- Guide, support, and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Represent the brand professionally and set the standard for others to follow.
Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Store Manager to support overall store performance and business goals.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a strong and effective team.
- Manage daily operations such as scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising execution.
- Encourage a workplace culture built on responsibility, creativity, and teamwork.
