Fresh Meat Assistant

Role Overview

The Fresh Meat Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Meat Department while delivering outstanding product quality and service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Centra's core brand values of being Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Based in daily work.
• Maintain retail meat cuts to meet high standards tailored to customer expectations.
• Boost sales by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and store standards every day.
• Present and merchandise the department to a top-quality appearance.
• Accurately implement planograms as specified.
• Oversee stock rotation to guarantee product freshness and quality.
• Manage department waste and shrinkage effectively.
• Continuously seek improvement opportunities by staying informed about new products and initiatives.
• Expand product knowledge through various sources and contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the department.
• Embrace and participate in new initiatives and updated working methods.
