Overview
This full-time position is based in Ballina, County Tipperary, focused on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction as the primary goal. The role involves engaging with customers passionately and knowledgeably to create a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Embody Centra's brand values: Pride, Energy, Imagination, and Community Focus.
- Maintain a positive disposition and take ownership to ensure customers enjoy an outstanding shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and in line with store policies.
- Stock and merchandise shelves to uphold the highest presentation standards throughout the store.
- Participate actively in new company initiatives and adapt to evolving working methods.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capability to understand and prioritize customer requirements.
- Detail-oriented, well organized, and adaptable.
- Proactive, able to work independently, and cooperate within a fast-paced team environment.
- A customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
