This remote contract role demands crafting immersive digital learning experiences by organizing course frameworks, designing interactive elements, activities, and evaluation methods.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive course structures that ensure a coherent instructional flow aligned with targeted learning outcomes.
Design engaging multimedia and interactive content to enhance learner involvement.
Create assessment instruments and strategies to evaluate learner progression and course impact.
Work closely with project stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate their feedback continuously.
Guarantee that all educational materials are accessible, intuitive, and compatible across eLearning platforms.
Prepare and deliver the finalized course package ready for launch.

Candidate Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in instructional design tailored to eLearning environments.
Skilled in using authoring software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or related tools.
In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
Capability to produce interactive and visually compelling digital educational content.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Experience in independent remote work and adherence to deadlines.
A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a comparable discipline is preferred.
