Overview
Participate in a vibrant project aimed at creating a detailed eLearning course for a client in the professional services sphere. This remote contract role demands crafting immersive digital learning experiences by organizing course frameworks, designing interactive elements, activities, and evaluation methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive course structures that ensure a coherent instructional flow aligned with targeted learning outcomes.
- Design engaging multimedia and interactive content to enhance learner involvement.
- Create assessment instruments and strategies to evaluate learner progression and course impact.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate their feedback continuously.
- Guarantee that all educational materials are accessible, intuitive, and compatible across eLearning platforms.
- Prepare and deliver the finalized course package ready for launch.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design tailored to eLearning environments.
- Skilled in using authoring software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or related tools.
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
- Capability to produce interactive and visually compelling digital educational content.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in independent remote work and adherence to deadlines.
- A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a comparable discipline is preferred.
