Join Urjastrot Private Limited as a Field Sales Executive based in Ludhiana, Punjab. This position involves promoting solar rooftop awareness within a designated block, cultivating strong relationships with key community members, and driving solar energy adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance awareness about solar rooftop solutions in the assigned area.
- Forge strong connections with local educators, community leaders, and residents to foster trust and engagement.
- Recruit and onboard local advisors or volunteers to support the mission.
- Guide and mentor team members to meet defined goals and targets.
- Generate leads from residential and institutional sectors interested in adopting solar rooftop systems.
- Spread information about government solar initiatives and schemes.
- Engage proactively with schools, villages, and community groups through awareness sessions explaining the benefits of solar energy.
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports to cluster and district teams while coordinating efforts for streamlined operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate preferred or socially active individuals with equivalent community involvement.
- Strong local network within the operational block to leverage contacts effectively.
