Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Executive Assistant to partner directly with the CEO of a rapidly expanding US-based company. This role extends beyond routine administrative duties and requires a high level of ownership and organizational skill to effectively manage the CEO's schedule and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring all commitments are captured and adhered to.
- Effectively organize and execute the CEO’s daily agenda.
- Prioritize and triage the CEO’s inbox to manage communication efficiently.
- Maintain proactive oversight to ensure no task or commitment is overlooked.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience supporting senior executives such as founders, CEOs, or C-suite leaders.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
- Skills to anticipate needs and take initiative without waiting for instructions.
- Confidence to manage upwards and provide constructive pushback when appropriate.
- Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools including Slack, Notion, GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, and AI-based applications.
Additional Information
Work hours: This position requires working US Eastern Time hours (9 AM – 5 PM ET), which corresponds to approximately 9 PM – 5 AM in Philippine time. This overnight shift is permanent and candidates must ensure it aligns with their long-term lifestyle.
