Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Evening Supervisor to join our team at Centra in Naas, County Kildare. This full-time role involves managing and inspiring the store team to ensure smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold Centra's brand values: Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Based.
- Demonstrate approachability and lead by example, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with day management and supervisors to implement layout changes accurately.
- Ensure high standards in stock rotation, product merchandising, and shelf presentation.
- Contribute to employee induction, training, and ongoing development.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and in line with store policies.
- Adopt and support new initiatives and innovative working methods.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to function effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting, capable of multitasking under pressure.
- Capability to organize work, delegate tasks, and provide support to team members.
