About the Role
This position is focused on preparing both hot and cold deli items of exceptional quality while ensuring customer satisfaction remains the top priority.
Candidate Profile
- Having HACCP training is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate within a team in a fast-moving environment, with skill in multitasking under pressure.
- Genuine enthusiasm for food and the capability to engage and motivate customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold the Centra brand values: Pride, Energy, Creativity, and Community Focus.
- Prepare customer orders spanning all fresh food categories, including making sandwiches and rolls, serving hot foods, and slicing meats while adhering to portion control guidelines.
- Cook, prepare, and present food items throughout the day.
- Maintain the highest standards for all fresh food counter displays consistently during operating hours.
- Express passion for quality food by sharing knowledge, recipes, and personalized suggestions with customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, courteously, and according to store policies.
