Role Overview
The eLearning Developer position at Dream Matter Labs is a part-time remote opportunity focused on creating interactive educational content that supports game development workflows, onboarding processes, and skill enhancement. The role entails developing modular courses, instructional materials, and content tailored for varied learner levels within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build modular eLearning courses supporting game development and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and project leads to identify learning requirements.
- Translate complex learning needs into clear objectives and implement them through learning platforms.
- Maintain and update training resources regularly.
- Ensure delivery of content is compliant with SCORM standards.
- Track learner progress and utilize feedback to continuously enhance course effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing engaging digital learning content using eLearning tools.
- Applied knowledge of instructional design principles to simplify complex topics into structured learning paths.
- Familiarity with learning management systems including course deployment and progress tracking.
- Experience in designing role-specific or project-focused training programs.
- Understanding of SCORM standards and their integration into eLearning platforms.
- Capability to work independently in a remote setting managing concurrent projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaborative skills, with a receptivity to feedback in creative iterative processes.
- Background or experience within game development, creative media, or technology fields is advantageous.
- Relevant academic qualifications or certifications in instructional design, educational technology, or similar disciplines are beneficial.
