About the Role
Gifted is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join their expanding U.S.-based team remotely. This position caters to candidates residing in Latin America, the Caribbean, or South America and requires availability during U.S. business hours. The annual compensation ranges from $30,000 to $35,000 USD, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer support requests through email and various support platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct short Zoom meetings to address questions and showcase product features.
- Work closely with Product and internal teams to solve client challenges.
- Assist gift recipients with concerns related to shipment, damages, or incorrect orders.
- Collect and convey customer feedback to enhance client experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, at a professional level.
- Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Technical Support, or Account Management.
- Comfortable holding client conversations over video platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or HubSpot is advantageous.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
- Prior experience collaborating remotely with U.S.-based teams is highly preferred.
Additional Details
