Job Summary
The position involves working as a voice process executive in the Noida Sector 144 location. This role is offered on a hybrid work mode.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice communications professionally within the assigned shift.
- Provide excellent customer interactions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Adhere to company guidelines for voice process operations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to meet operational goals.
Requirements
- Applicants must be non-technical graduates with hard copies of their mark sheets ready.
- Experience range: 4 to 10 years in a relevant voice or customer service role.
- Proficient communication skills in English, suitable for international voice processes.
Work Details
- Location: Noida Sector 144.
- Working days: Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday off.
- Shift timing: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM.
- Work mode: Hybrid.
