Role Overview
As a Customer Service Officer based in Lonavala, you will spearhead sales and distribution efforts within your designated territory. This position entails managing distributor relationships, achieving sales goals, and enhancing customer service to strengthen our competitive market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage distributor relationships and oversee sales targets through personal market visits and sales system management.
- Apply your expertise to improve competitive positioning by enhancing customer service standards.
- Negotiate with route sales (RS) personnel and foster development to maximize customer engagement and business growth.
- Closely monitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback for strategic responses.
- Regularly assess RS and team performance, addressing operational gaps promptly.
- Plan and execute promotional brand activities within budget in coordination with supervisors.
Requirements
- Full-time bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in channel sales, with strong skills in ROI calculations and distributor management.
- Proficiency in appointment and sales planning for route sales representatives.
- Experience conducting and implementing promotional activities.
- Effective communication skills in English and the local language.
