Role Overview
The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for daily management of sales orders, ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining excellent service before, during, and after purchases to strengthen client relationships.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle routine problem-solving primarily through established precedents and referral to general guidelines.
- Engage primarily with teammates and direct supervisors to accomplish tasks.
- Work independently with predetermined duties but within a collaborative team environment.
- Manage sales order processing, order fulfillment planning, and entire order-to-cash cycle.
- Meet operational deadlines and perform effectively under pressure.
- Contribute as an individual contributor with clear and focused scope of work.
- Adhere to rotational shift schedules as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold any graduate degree.
- Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in relevant customer service roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish language skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within teams.
- Capable of performing well under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge and experience with order management, sales order processing, and order fulfillment are expected.

This full-time position is based onsite in Gurugram, Haryana. Candidates should be prepared for rotational shift work as part of the job requirements.
