Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate specializing in Retirement Solutions Data Entry Services. This position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree. You will be part of a dynamic team in Bengaluru that focuses on US Retirement Services, particularly around Defined Contribution plans and Money Out processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle participant-level services in US Retirement Services, focusing on Defined Contribution plans.
  • Manage Money Out processes including Inservice withdrawal, Survivor benefits, Immediate and Deferred Annuities, Hardship withdrawals, Rollover outs, Lump Sum Distributions, Required Minimum Distributions, complex distributions, loan payoffs, and child support payments.
  • Develop process documentation including COPIS, process flows, process maps, exception capture, and NIGO rules.
  • Strictly maintain confidentiality and comply with all client and regulatory policies.
  • Respond promptly to queries from Business Partners and Client Support teams.
  • Participate actively in automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control standards and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify areas requiring additional controls and prioritize high-value transactions effectively.
  • Complete daily Business As Usual (BAU) tasks and assigned projects within established timelines.
  • Create and update procedural documents, maintaining all standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Graduation degree in any discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience specifically in the US retirement industry with knowledge of 401(k), 403(b), and defined contribution plans.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Money Out processes as listed above.
  • ASPPA Certification preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Good time management and ability to work independently.
  • Skilled problem-solver, adaptable, and flexible.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines consistently.

The role demands strict confidentiality of client data. Compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations is mandatory, alongside company policies. You will also support quality control efforts and contribute to continuous process enhancements and automation.
