Role Overview

We're seeking a full-time Rental Operations Agent to join the team at Apex Car Rentals in Queenstown. This position combines customer interaction with hands-on vehicle operations, providing a dynamic work environment beyond desk duties.

Schedule & Work Environment

Permanent role with 40 hours weekly (five 8-hour shifts)
Work hours vary, including early mornings from 8 am, afternoons, evenings until 6:30 pm, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers at the counter, handling rentals, contracts, bookings, and promoting products and services
Inspect vehicles for damage and maintenance needs
Drive, park, and clean vehicles (inside and out) to prepare them for customers

Candidate Profile

Must hold a valid, full, clean class 1 driver's license
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or related fields preferred
