About the Role

WM, having acquired Stericycle, is seeking a Coordinator for Employee Experience to provide comprehensive operational, administrative, and communication support for various employee experience programs and initiatives. This role acts as a vital connection between employees, leadership, HR, and external vendors to ensure the smooth delivery, promotion, and continuous enhancement of employee engagement efforts across the organization. The Coordinator manages communications, administers programs, coordinates vendors, supports training, handles reporting, and responds to employee inquiries while upholding organizational standards and policies. Key Responsibilities

  • Support survey creation and distribution to collect employee feedback and assess program performance.
  • Facilitate vendor onboarding by communicating program requirements and managing statement of work documentation.
  • Process invoices and track program budgets to ensure timely payments and fiscal accountability.
  • Generate and analyze reports from employee experience systems to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare data visualizations and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Provide training and educational materials to HR partners to enhance understanding and utilization of employee experience programs.
  • Drive continuous improvements by identifying ways to refine processes, communications, and overall employee experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must be located and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED coupled with at least two years of relevant work experience is acceptable.
