About the Role
Corporate Solution Group is seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic Construction Skills Trainers to provide both practical and theoretical instruction to construction workers. Candidates should bring extensive hands-on experience in various construction trades and demonstrate the capability to educate on technical skills, safety protocols, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical workshops and classroom-based sessions effectively for construction workforce.
- Instruct trainees in trades such as Masonry, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical works, Bar Bending, Welding, HVAC, Painting, and Tile & Marble Installation.
- Impart training covering Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) measures, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Fire Safety, First Aid techniques, Working at Heights, and Construction Site Safety guidelines.
- Demonstrate correct handling and operation of construction tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Evaluate trainees through both practical assignments and theoretical assessments to monitor their progress.
- Maintain meticulous attendance logs, prepare assessment documentation, and manage all training-related records.
- Ensure adherence to relevant safety regulations and quality control procedures throughout training activities.
- Provide assistance in certification processes, skill evaluations, and support job placement efforts post-training.
