Job Overview
We are seeking an attentive and proactive Compliance Administrator to manage day-to-day compliance and administrative duties. The role involves maintaining compliance documentation, tracking records, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring all business activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain compliance documents, files, and records efficiently.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and verification of compliance-related documents.
- Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
- Track compliance deadlines and maintain detailed logs.
- Assist in preparing for and supporting internal audits and compliance assessments with necessary documentation.
- Update and manage data within databases, spreadsheets, and compliance management systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather needed information and resolve any documentation discrepancies.
- Prepare compliance-related reports and administrative summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate and client data.
- Support adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal queries relating to compliance.
- Suggest improvements to administrative processes to boost efficiency.
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree, diploma, or similar qualification in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management, or related disciplines.
- Have 0 to 2 years of experience in administration, compliance, operations, or a comparable field; internship experience is also considered.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism regarding confidential information handling.
- Possess keen analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently within a remote work environment.
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of compliance, governance, or regulatory frameworks; familiarity with document management or compliance software; understanding of GDPR principles is advantageous.
