Claude Enterprise Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Claude Enterprise Administrator to handle the management, administration, and governance of our Claude Enterprise environment. This full-time position is based in Lucknow and requires a minimum of eight years of experience. The role entails overseeing daily deployment, configuration, security integration, and ensuring the platform's optimal performance and compliance while collaborating closely with IT, Security, and Business departments to support AI adoption and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Claude Enterprise platform and tenant environment.
• Handle daily deployment, configuration, maintenance, and overall platform administration.
• Oversee user provisioning, role-based access control, and identity integration.
• Implement and maintain enterprise security policies, governance, and compliance standards.
• Integrate Claude Enterprise with authentication and security systems like SSO, MFA, IAM, etc.
• Monitor platform usage, perform analytics, and prepare utilization reports for management.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, and operational stability.
• Lead application support and promptly resolve technical issues within service level agreements.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and propose AI-powered solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, system designs, project plans, and implementation strategies.
• Conduct system analysis and suggest technology improvements.
• Research new AI technologies and recommend their adoption for enterprise use.
• Establish and enforce IT administrative policies, security procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare activity, progress, and operational reports for senior leadership.
• Provide technical guidance and feedback to project and support teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during deployments, upgrades, and problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security, audit, and regulatory mandates.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience administering Claude Enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in SAS Security and enterprise security frameworks.
• Expertise in platform usage analytics and reporting.
• Experience with ChatGPT Enterprise Administration or equivalent AI platforms.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management including SSO, MFA, Active Directory, Azure AD, or Okta.
• Experience integrating enterprise governance, compliance, and security measures.
• Strong background in enterprise application administration and support.
• Capabilities in system analysis, solution design, and deployment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in systems development, enterprise application administration, or application support.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms or enterprise SaaS applications is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in cloud, security, or enterprise administration are advantageous.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise AI governance.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with cloud administration on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Project and vendor management skills.
