About the Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join a leading private bank as Business Development Officers based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves engaging directly with customers through field sales, promoting banking products, and contributing to the bank's growth by acquiring new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new customers via direct field sales activities.
- Facilitate opening of Savings and Current Accounts (CASA).
- Lead generation and nurturing strong customer relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales objectives.
- Complete KYC processes and account documentation accurately.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Applicants must have completed any graduate degree.
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Essential to have strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for sales and customer acquisition efforts.
- Willingness to engage in field sales work is required.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle is mandatory for this role.
