Position Overview
NTT DATA is hiring multiple dedicated Business Analysts to support key delivery projects within a dynamic Agile framework. The role demands a proactive individual who excels at fostering strong connections with stakeholders, leading workshops, gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, and driving project results across various simultaneous initiatives. Candidates must be well-organized, adept at navigating complex scenarios, and able to influence both business and technical teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective partnerships with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities to elicit information.
- Collect, analyse, and meticulously document business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities to ensure successful outcomes.
- Assist in backlog oversight, creation of business cases, delivery planning, and roadmap development.
- Regularly communicate status updates, insights, and recommendations to aid in decision-making processes.
- Foster a collaborative and high-functioning Agile team environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication expertise tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to cultivate trust and align varied stakeholder groups toward common goals.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative and capability to deliver results independently.
- Extensive experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational competencies.
- Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and familiarity with Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of data analytics, reporting, Dynamics 365, APIs, integrations, business intelligence, or large-scale enterprise environments is advantageous.
Additional Information
- Security clearance: Australian Citizenship and baseline clearance mandatory.
- Location preference: Canberra, with a hybrid schedule requiring two days onsite per week; remote work from anywhere in Australia is available with quarterly travel requirements.
- Contract duration from 3 August 2026 to 30 June 2027 with high potential for extension.
- Flexible working conditions prioritizing hybrid arrangements.
