Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst and Project Supervisor to join our team in Henderson, Auckland. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of business workflows and systems to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Lead and oversee project teams to guarantee punctual and effective project completion.
• Engage with stakeholders to collect detailed requirements and establish clear project boundaries.
• Create and update essential project documents such as business requirements, detailed project plans, and progress reports.
• Promote effective communication across various departments to maintain alignment and promptly resolve arising issues.
• Track project milestones and outcomes, applying corrective measures when necessary.
• Offer training and assistance to team members and stakeholders regarding new processes and system implementations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience in business analysis and project management, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong analytical capabilities and adeptness at interpreting intricate data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and compliance with industry standards is highly advantageous.
