Role Overview
The Branch Manager will lead and supervise a team of Sales Managers and Executives within the Direct Channel, focusing on achieving business growth and sales targets through strategic leadership and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales professionals in the direct sales channel to drive performance and achieve revenue goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at customer acquisition and portfolio expansion.
- Maintain and enhance team productivity by motivating members, monitoring performance, and fostering skill development.
- Conduct periodic sales reviews, analyze performance data, and conduct field visits to ensure objectives are being met.
- Build strong relationships with clients to provide excellent service and improve retention rates.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards including audit requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven track record of managing teams and accomplishing sales targets.
- Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven, goal-focused, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Graduate or postgraduate with 5 to 10 years’ experience in Direct Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking sectors.
