Role Overview

The Branch Manager will lead and supervise a team of Sales Managers and Executives within the Direct Channel, focusing on achieving business growth and sales targets through strategic leadership and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of sales professionals in the direct sales channel to drive performance and achieve revenue goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at customer acquisition and portfolio expansion.
Maintain and enhance team productivity by motivating members, monitoring performance, and fostering skill development.
Conduct periodic sales reviews, analyze performance data, and conduct field visits to ensure objectives are being met.
Build strong relationships with clients to provide excellent service and improve retention rates.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards including audit requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Proven track record of managing teams and accomplishing sales targets.
Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven, goal-focused, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
Graduate or postgraduate with 5 to 10 years’ experience in Direct Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking sectors.
