Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate responsible for managing escalations related to shortage and damage claims and overseeing end-to-end shipment reconciliation processes. The role involves verifying claims accuracy, processing Credit Notes (CN) and Cost of Freight (COF) according to contract terms within set timelines, and maintaining excellent client relations through effective dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed reconciliation of shipments by verifying shipment status, proof of delivery remarks, and client-submitted documentations to process claims accurately.
  • Perform precise data entry and manage claims information within Open and CN/COF tracking Google Sheets, ensuring comprehensive documentation for all reconciliations.
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve disputes between shipped and received products to maintain claim integrity.
  • Ensure compliance of all claims settlement documentation with company policies and applicable regulations; support internal and external audits as required.
  • Demonstrate proactive problem identification and resolution to prevent escalation of issues.
