Role Overview

The Associate Founder position is a pivotal full-time remote role designed to advance Zenith's growth by shaping service offerings and enhancing operational and strategic capabilities. The role involves collaborating with the founding team on business development, targeting client segments, refining value propositions, and supporting client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate incorporation and corporate services workflows.
• Manage client onboarding and ensure timely, accurate execution of compliance tasks.
• Design and optimize internal processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to fundraising strategies, partnership negotiations, and prepare proposals and pitch materials.
• Conduct market and regulatory research, perform financial and operational analyses.
• Collaborate with external partners on market entry and licensing projects.

Candidate Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of corporate services including business incorporation, corporate secretarial work, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in advisory or consulting roles with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Skilled in business development activities such as market research, lead generation, and outreach to investors or partners.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, capable of interpreting regulations and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in preparing structured reports, presentations, and client or investor documents.
• Self-motivated, comfortable in remote entrepreneurial settings, able to independently manage projects.
• Prior experience in corporate/professional services, consulting, or startups is highly valued.
• Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or related fields; professional certifications are a plus.
