Associate and Executive - Field Recruiter

About the Role

Delhivery is actively seeking Field Recruiters to join our Hyderabad team. This role involves direct engagement with on-ground recruitment and onboarding tasks within the logistics and delivery domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding of Kirana stores within the allocated geographic area.
• Recruit Delhivery delivery personnel and coordinate with bulk recruitment vendors for hiring.
• Oversee and manage the performance of vendors and delivery agents.
• Organize recruitment drives and hiring events at the Delivery Center level.
• Ensure compliance among delivery partners and address any operational issues at Delivery Centers promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrable experience in recruiting and supervising delivery executives.
• Proven track record of recruitment in metropolitan urban settings.
• Background in E-commerce, Logistics, or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) sectors is advantageous.
