Job Overview
The role is for an Assistant Sales Manager responsible for recruiting and leading a team of sales advisers, driving business growth through them, and motivating the team to meet sales targets. The position offers a salaried package between 20500 and 34500 INR per month along with incentives, provident fund benefits, and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit potential advisers to expand the sales team.
- Generate business and sales through recruited advisers.
- Lead and oversee a team of advisers ensuring their productivity.
- Encourage and motivate the sales team to accomplish set sales objectives.
- Provide training and continuous guidance to advisers for improving performance.
Eligibility Criteria and Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Field Sales or Marketing is essential.
- At least 1 year of mandatory experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
- Graduation is a mandatory educational requirement.
- Applicants should be between 21 and 42 years of age.
- Preference will be given to candidates local to Mumbai.
Compensation and Benefits
