Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard a team of sales advisors.
- Provide training and continuous motivation to the team.
- Guide advisors in product sales strategies and market engagement.
- Lead the sales efforts by managing advisor performance and outcomes.
- Oversee team operations and foster a productive work environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline with strong communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- Age between 22 and 32 years.
