Role Description

The Architect will oversee essential daily activities to ensure the success of architectural and finishing works over a broad range of projects. The position entails critical review of designs and submittals, coordination with all project parties, preparation of technical documents, and proactive engagement with clients and design and supervision teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily evaluations of architectural designs, shop drawings, and material submissions to confirm compliance with project criteria, quality benchmarks, and regulations.
• Coordinate project efforts among architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain alignment with project objectives and schedules.
• Draft and review technical correspondences, contracts, and project documentation to ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
• Examine project deliverables such as drawings and reports for accuracy, thoroughness, and consistency with design intentions.
• Serve as the main liaison with clients, managing communications, addressing issues, and providing project updates.
• Collaborate closely with design offices to manage design changes, solve design-related challenges, and integrate modifications smoothly.
• Offer technical assistance and guidance to site teams to overcome construction hurdles, clarify design intentions, and uphold peak quality in architectural and finishing works.
• Participate actively in technical meetings including project reviews, progress evaluations, and coordination forums.
• Link with site supervision teams and perform site visits to analyze project specifics and unresolved design matters.
• Work alongside technical teams to initiate necessary responses to contractors.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in architectural project implementation, coordination, and site supervision.
• Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design concepts, building codes, and construction standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail combined with a commitment to quality and precision.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients, government agencies, and design offices.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and sound judgment in decision-making.
