Job Overview

We are seeking an AMS Consultant with expertise in Time and Absence management. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in supporting or implementing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, preferably within an Application Management Services (AMS) or post-production support setting, based in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Provide support or implementation services for Workday HCM, focusing on time and absence functionalities.
Possess a strong knowledge of workforce compliance regulations and understand the effects on downstream processes.
Hold valid Workday Time Tracking or Absence certification.
Expertise in handling complex time and scheduling configuration scenarios.
Availability to join immediately or within 15 days is required.
