AMS Consultant - Time Absence

Job Overview

We are seeking an AMS Consultant with expertise in Time and Absence management. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in supporting or implementing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, preferably within an Application Management Services (AMS) or post-production support setting, based in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Provide support or implementation services for Workday HCM, focusing on time and absence functionalities.
• Possess a strong knowledge of workforce compliance regulations and understand the effects on downstream processes.
• Hold valid Workday Time Tracking or Absence certification.
• Expertise in handling complex time and scheduling configuration scenarios.
• Availability to join immediately or within 15 days is required.
