Account Manager

About the Role

MoveSmart Rentals is looking to hire experienced Account Managers who will manage the entire owner experience throughout the leasing process. This role involves ensuring seamless workflow progression, maintaining client confidence, and overseeing flawless execution from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for property owners during the leasing journey, delivering a premium client experience.
• Drive process execution by confirming readiness, collecting missing information, coordinating subsequent steps, and preventing workflow delays.
• Provide proactive, timely updates to owners about current status and forthcoming actions.
• Handle urgent and time-sensitive matters with strong communication and promptness.
• Collect and manage documentation in line with company procedures.
• Maintain precise CRM records including notes, tasks, follow-ups, and progress tracking.
• Identify and escalate issues early to safeguard client satisfaction through sound judgment.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 or more years of proven experience in account management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage several clients or files simultaneously with disciplined follow-up.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing client-related challenges.
• Strong process compliance and familiarity with structured CRM workflows.
• Calm and composed under pressure, with the ability to prioritize rapidly in a busy environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, property management, or real estate operations.
• Background in high-volume, SLA-focused service settings.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools and other technologies to enhance documentation, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Technical Requirements for Remote Work

• Dual-monitor computer setup.
• System equipped with minimum 16GB RAM.
• Reliable internet connection with speeds exceeding 100 Mbps.
• Functional webcam.
• Noise-cancelling headset.

Compensation

This position offers performance-driven remuneration with potential annual earnings ranging from approximately $45,000 to $50,000+ CAD, based on individual performance. Detailed compensation information will be provided during the interview phase.
