Account Manager

About the Role

MoveSmart Rentals is seeking skilled Account Managers to oversee the owner’s experience throughout the leasing cycle. This position requires a professional who can efficiently maintain momentum, reassure clients, and guarantee precise execution from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for property owners, ensuring a premium client service experience during leasing.
• Manage every step of the workflow by verifying readiness, collecting necessary details, coordinating subsequent actions, and mitigating any delays.
• Keep property owners informed with proactive updates outlining current status and upcoming steps.
• Handle time-sensitive matters with urgency and effective communication.
• Ensure all documentation is gathered and tracked meticulously according to company standards.
• Maintain organized CRM records including notes, task lists, follow-ups, and progress tracking.
• Identify and escalate issues promptly to preserve client satisfaction using sound judgment.

Essential Qualifications

• Between three to five years or more of account management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple client accounts with consistent, proactive communication.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing client concerns.
• Strong adherence to processes and experience working within structured CRM workflows.
• Ability to remain calm and prioritize effectively under pressure in a demanding high-volume setting.

Preferred Experience

• Background in leasing, property management, or real estate operations.
• Exposure to high-volume, SLA-focused service environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools or software that enhance documentation, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Remote Work Requirements

• Dual monitor setup.
• Computer with at least 16GB RAM.
• Reliable internet connection with speeds of 100 Mbps or higher.
• Webcam for video interactions.
• Noise-cancelling headset for clear communication.

Compensation

This part-time role offers performance-driven pay with an estimated annual earning potential between 45,000 and 50,000 Canadian dollars, contingent upon individual performance. Detailed compensation information will be provided during the interview stage.
