About The Role

This position offers a pivotal contribution to the expansion of the Uber Eats platform in New Zealand by securing top-tier restaurant and merchant partners, enhancing the market-leading restaurant selection available to consumers.

Your Impact in Role

Manage the complete acquisition process for New Zealand's key local restaurant partners.
Act as a trusted consultant, understanding partner challenges and goals to present Uber's value effectively.
Serve as the customer advocate, owning the merchant experience fully.
Oversee a specific territory, applying strategic methods to onboard high-value merchants.

The Experience You'll Bring

Proficient in managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to revenue realization, including addressing objections related to product use and commercial/legal terms.
Demonstrate excellence in execution by delivering consistent results and improvement despite obstacles.
Strong communication and empathy skills to convey information convincingly to diverse partners.
Capable negotiator with business insight, fostering long-term relationships that benefit Uber and its partners.
