About The Role
This position offers a pivotal contribution to the expansion of the Uber Eats platform in New Zealand by securing top-tier restaurant and merchant partners, enhancing the market-leading restaurant selection available to consumers.
Your Impact in Role
- Manage the complete acquisition process for New Zealand's key local restaurant partners.
- Act as a trusted consultant, understanding partner challenges and goals to present Uber's value effectively.
- Serve as the customer advocate, owning the merchant experience fully.
- Oversee a specific territory, applying strategic methods to onboard high-value merchants.
The Experience You'll Bring
- Proficient in managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to revenue realization, including addressing objections related to product use and commercial/legal terms.
- Demonstrate excellence in execution by delivering consistent results and improvement despite obstacles.
- Strong communication and empathy skills to convey information convincingly to diverse partners.
- Capable negotiator with business insight, fostering long-term relationships that benefit Uber and its partners.
