Internship Overview
Kickstart your career in recruitment by joining Career Crafterz as a Recruitment Consultant intern. Gain practical exposure in talent acquisition by collaborating with seasoned recruiters to source, evaluate, and assist in selecting candidates for various job roles. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring an efficient recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Support the conduction of interviews and aptitude assessments to determine candidate fit.
- Liaise with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements.
- Maintain and update the candidate database to track ongoing recruitment progress.
- Help develop engaging job descriptions and manage postings on relevant platforms.
- Take part in recruitment-related events and career fairs to attract potential talent.
- Offer administrative assistance to the recruitment team as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available full-time at the Faridabad office.
- Internship commencement between 1st August 2026 and 5th September 2026.
- Commitment to the 6-month internship duration.
- Applicants must reside in Faridabad.
- Relevant skills and interest in recruitment are essential.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Commerce graduates will be favored.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend of INR 10,000.
