Role overview

This position is focused on expanding the National Pension System business across the West Zone. The role is centered on accelerating corporate onboarding, increasing PRAN creation, and growing Assets Under Administration by using effective channel management and people leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Expand corporate acquisition efforts across the West region, covering large enterprises, mid-sized businesses, and MSME clients.
  • Deliver the zone’s targets for PRAN generation and AUA expansion.
  • Increase usage within existing corporate clients through MSF adoption, voluntary contribution growth, and family-oriented offerings such as Spouse and Vatsalya.
  • Guide, coach, and track the performance of Regional and Territory Managers to ensure delivery against goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with HR leaders, CFOs, CXOs, and other key decision-makers to secure institutional NPS partnerships.
  • Spot opportunities to shift superannuation flows and migrate POP relationships in order to strengthen AUA.
  • Coordinate closely with PIFA, Group Business, and Operations teams to support smooth execution.
  • Review MIS and productivity reports regularly, then drive corrective actions wherever required.
