Zonal Manager - National Pension System (NPS) - Mumbai

Role Overview

This position is intended to spearhead the expansion of the National Pension System (NPS) across the West Zone by boosting corporate acquisitions, enhancing PRAN issuance, and elevating Assets Under Administration (AUA) through strategic distribution control coupled with effective team leadership.

Key Duties

• Drive corporate client acquisition across Large, Mid-sized, and MSME sectors within the West region.
• Meet and exceed zone-wide targets related to PRAN generation and AUA development.
• Increase engagement and penetration within current corporate clients by promoting Multiple Small Fund (MSF) adoption, encouraging voluntary contributions, and leveraging family-based propositions such as Spouse and Vatsalya schemes.
• Lead and mentor Regional and Territory Managers to ensure high performance and effective delivery of objectives.
• Establish and nurture strong connections with HR executives, CFOs, CXOs, and key decision-makers to facilitate institutional onboarding for NPS.
• Identify opportunities to facilitate superannuation migrations and Point of Presence (POP) transitions to enrich AUA.
• Coordinate efficiently among PIFA, Group Business, and Operations teams to align strategies and execution.
• Regularly review Management Information Systems (MIS) and productivity indicators, implementing timely corrective measures as necessary.
