Workshop Coordinator

Job Overview

We seek a Workshop Coordinator responsible for overseeing the complete process of vehicle repair and preparation. This includes ensuring timely completion, maintaining quality standards, and facilitating smooth collaboration between in-house teams and external workshops.

Key Duties

• Manage vehicle repairs and preparation activities with partner workshops, ensuring quality compliance and meeting turnaround deadlines.
• Organize vehicle transport logistics between showrooms and workshops in partnership with recovery teams.
• Track repair and maintenance schedules, addressing delays or workflow disruptions promptly.
• Coordinate with sales teams to fulfill urgent vehicle requirements before handover.

Parts and Process Management

• Oversee sourcing and timely procurement of vehicle parts by working closely with suppliers.
• Maintain precise documentation and monitoring through internal tracking tools and software.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workshop efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Ensure all vehicles meet showroom readiness standards efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the automotive sector, preferably in workshops, logistics, or coordination roles.
• Proficient computer skills with experience using workflow tracking systems.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-focused, and able to handle multiple priorities concurrently.
• Effective collaborator across different departments and external stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits

The offered salary ranges between 3,000 and 4,000 AED, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Setup
