About the Role

Aqua Specialities Private Limited is looking for a skilled Service Engineer specializing in water treatment systems. This role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and involves hands-on maintenance and support for various water treatment plants including Ultrafiltration (UF), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Deionization (DM), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP).

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine servicing and maintenance of multiple water treatment systems to ensure their efficient operation.
Identify and troubleshoot technical faults within water treatment equipment and processes.
Conduct preventive inspections and upkeep to maintain optimal performance levels.
Work alongside engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Provide prompt technical assistance to clients and address any service-related inquiries.
Document all maintenance activities, schedules, and report equipment status comprehensively.

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of practical experience servicing UF, RO, DM, STP, and ETP systems.
In-depth understanding of water purification and treatment processes and equipment.
Competence in diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and teams.

Additional Requirements and Conditions

Demonstrable ability to maintain water treatment plants independently and collaboratively.
Preparedness to travel to client locations for onsite service work.
Strict adherence to safety standards and protocols during service operations.
Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.

Compensation
