About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Unit Manager to join our team at Supro Info Solutions Private Limited in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a graduation degree and be between 22 and 35 years of age. A minimum of one year of experience in sales and marketing is required. The candidate must have good communication skills and own a bike for commute.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard advisers to the team
- Drive business growth by leveraging the advisers' efforts
- Lead and manage the team of advisers effectively
- Motivate team members to consistently meet and exceed targets
- Provide continuous training and support to the advisers
