Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Senior Sales Manager based in Pune, Maharashtra, to lead and expand our advisory force. This role involves recruiting advisers, spearheading business generation through the advisory team, and providing leadership and motivation to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit capable advisers to join the sales team.
- Drive business growth by leveraging the adviser network effectively.
- Manage and lead a team of advisers to ensure high performance.
- Encourage and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Conduct training sessions and offer continual guidance to develop adviser capabilities.
Qualifications and Eligibility
Candidates having a minimum of one year experience in any sales discipline are eligible to apply.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from 25,000 to 31,000 INR.
