Etihad is seeking an Emirati customer service professional to support operations in the uniform store, serving crew members and other colleagues who are entitled to uniforms. The role focuses on smooth handling of both system-based and physical transactions tied to receiving, issuing, and ensuring on-time delivery of uniforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for uniform entitlement holders, responding to questions about entitlements and explaining store policies and procedures.

  • Apply FIFO inventory practices consistently, keep track of older stock, and raise concerns to the Uniform Stores Manager so stock is used before it becomes outdated.
  • Allocate stock according to availability, distribute items fairly across internal teams and outstations, and proactively track inventory levels while flagging shortages.
  • Control the movement of internal employees, crew, third-party staff, and visitors in accordance with company policies and security rules.
  • Take part in scheduled and surprise stock counts, ensuring every SKU is tagged and properly accounted for.
  • Use storage space efficiently, keep pathways clear and safe for handling activities, and maintain orderly stock placement.
  • Dispose of returned uniforms carrying Etihad branding securely and in line with safety, security, and procedure requirements.
  • Keep customer-facing areas, fitting rooms, and storage spaces clean, tidy, and well maintained.

Requirements

  • A degree at minimum level is required.
  • At least 3 years of strong customer service experience is needed, preferably gained in branded retail environments and distribution management.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
