Role Purpose
This role places you at the center of territory operations, where you will own a defined market and work to grow customer market share, revenue market share, and overall prepaid business performance by executing go-to-market plans through a wide distribution ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and reinforce the distribution and sales network by increasing the number of SIM and data-selling outlets across the assigned territory.
- Make sure current customers receive the support and service needed to stay engaged and active.
- Study local market patterns and demographic profiles to shape sales actions for different customer groups.
- Improve core distribution metrics such as channel profitability and partner satisfaction.
- Build strong ongoing relationships with retailers and field sales executives through regular engagement initiatives.
- Enhance value for distributors, retailers, and field sales executives through structured merchandising and marketing support.
- Prepare market intelligence updates that capture changes in customer behavior and performance trends.
- Collaborate with the network team to understand market-side network issues and help drive improvements.

Salary
The compensation range provided for this role is INR 3,00,000 to 6,00,000 per year.
