Overview
PharmEasy is seeking dynamic Telesales Executives to join their team at the Juinagar location. This role involves actively managing customer orders, ensuring timely updates, and maintaining detailed interaction records to support the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Accurately communicate order statuses and delivery information to customers.
- Maintain systematic logs of customer interactions and transaction details.
Requirements
- Completion of HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or graduation is mandatory.
- Effective communication capabilities essential for customer engagement.
- Basic familiarity with computer operations.
- Prior sales experience considered advantageous but not mandatory.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
Work Conditions
