About the Role
KreditBee is seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to drive sales of two-wheeler loan products. Based in Bangalore (Hoodi area - Opposite Tata Showroom, Brookefields Road, Doddanekundi, Phase 2, Garudachar Palya, Mahadevapura), this position involves direct engagement with potential customers to promote, explain, and close loan agreements efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients to market and sell two-wheeler loans.
- Clearly articulate product features including eligibility, necessary documents, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Perform lead follow-ups ensuring smooth conversion and disbursement processes.
- Remain well-informed on the latest policies, product updates, and market developments.
- Collaborate effectively with field sales teams, dealer associates, and backend operations for closing deals.
- Meet and strive to exceed sales targets set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintain meticulous customer data records and update CRM software continually.
- Manage customer questions, objections, and escalate issues appropriately while maintaining professionalism.
Candidate Profile
- At least 2 years of telesales experience specifically in two-wheeler or personal loan sectors.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills in any two languages among English, Kannada, and Telugu are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Hindi is advantageous.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Practical experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
- Possess a graduate degree in any field.
- Applicants should be under 30 years of age.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a salary package up to 500000 INR per annum plus performance-based incentives.
