Technical Sales Engineer

About the Position

The role involves selling and promoting industrial electronic weighing equipment including weighing scales and related products. Initially, prospective client leads will be made available, but the position also requires engaging in cold calling, generating leads independently, meeting clients, and converting leads into confirmed sales opportunities.

Location and Work Conditions

This is a field-based job focused on Mumbai and nearby regions such as Panvel and Navi Mumbai. A day shift, full-time schedule is expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell products related to industrial weighing such as weighbridges, platform scales, load cells, and weighing indicators.
• Visit clients and perform follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
• Initiate cold calls and develop leads in the field.
• Engage directly with clients to understand and assess their requirements.
• Convert prospective leads into finalized business deals.
• Prepare and present technical-commercial quotations for customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical diploma qualification is mandatory.
• At least six months of relevant experience is preferred.
• Expertise in sales and business development, particularly in industrial sales.
• Capability in lead generation, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Should be willing and able to travel frequently for customer visits.

Salary and Benefits

The fixed salary range offered is ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month, with additional incentives up to ₹15,000. Benefits include travel allowance, mobile phone allowance, internet reimbursement, and outstation allowance.

Additional Information

A walk-in interview is conducted daily from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Candidates must be prepared for travel related to customer visits and fieldwork.
