Role Overview
The Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of branch operations and ensuring the productivity of their team. This position involves recruiting, training, and supervising insurance advisors to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations at the branch level to maintain efficiency.
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.

Qualifications and Experience
